Petition to help stop the Fort Police Department's plan to limit number of tow carriers to a favorite few

The Fort Collins Police Department has decided they would reduce the number of tow carriers from the current 12 companies to only 4 companies, please help us circulate this petition.  All signatures must be from people that reside in Larimer County.
